Founded in 1986, Master Mechanical, Inc. is a professional mechanical contracting corporation based in Eagan, Minnesota. 
We base our company principals on our extensive experience in all aspects of mechanical engineering,

Workforce

Master Mechanical, Inc. employs approximately 125 skilled employees.  Our team members are hired through the local unions where they have received extensive training from the robust apprenticeship programs.  Many of our employees hold master licenses in such areas as natural gas piping, high pressure steam, plumbing and warm air. We also hold certifications in welding and medical gas. Upon hire every employee completes an extensive safety orientation.  Each employee keeps current on safety protocol by completing weekly Tool Box Talks, annual safety reviews and meetings.

​Master Mechanical, Inc. has a highly effective safety program that encompasses all aspects of the work completed by each Master Mechanical employee.  Our safety program has two primary purposes:  First, that we provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.  Second, that we are always working to increase the awareness of all employees of the importance of incorporating safety in all activities.  Our management team accepts its responsibility to provide a workplace free from recognized hazards and to provide training to all employees to enable them to perform their duties according to accepted industry standards.
