Rob   Harbeintner
 president 

Robert has been responsible for managing design-build mechanical projects since 2000.  Prior to that time he spent in the field as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman and mechanical superintendent.  His experience includes over thirty years of field and management experience specializing in the plumbing, piping and HVAC commercial and light industrial construction industry.  Robert has direct experience with project budget, design, management and customer relations.  His focus is on aligning customers desires within their project constraints and developing long term working partnerships.

Ryan   Larsen
Vice President & Chief   Financial   Officer

Ryan received a BA degree from Oregon State University with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance and International Business.  Ryan has worked for Master Mechanical, Inc. since 2015.  His professional experience prior to Master Mechanical included public accounting and working for a manufacturer of HVAC equipment.

Kevin   Tullis
Division   Manager Engineering/Design 

Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University.  Kevin has worked for Master Mechanical, Inc. since 2006.  He is experienced in mechanical design and contracting.

Thad  Affolter
Service  operations  manager

​Thad received his pipefitting diploma from St. Paul College and completed a five year Pipefitting Apprenticeship. Thad started in the industry as an HVAC service apprentice and worked as an HVAC Service Superintendent prior to transitioning to Service Management. His knowledge of building HVAC systems and their operation gives Master Mechanical the ability to provide sound service practices and tailor-made Service Agreements based on building requirements. Thad is an instructor for the St. Paul Joint Apprenticeship Committee (JATC) and continues to teach second year HVAC service Apprentices. ​
